THE YOUNG SHALL GROW : A QUICK REMINDER TO THE CHURCH FATHERS OF WHAT GOD CALLED THEM TO DO _Part 1_ BY EXCEL OLUSOLA OBE
We've been hearing people talking and ranting about the politicians in the society of how they enjoyed free education during their time, and now they made life unbearable for the masses by increasing tuition fee and other things which should be free, of which I'm included in criticizing them, Little did I know then that even in my own area of specialization where everyone thinks education should be free has even become more worse than that of the people in the education and political sector.
Moreso, we have Father's of the church that was sponsored by a whole community, some were sponsored by the church, we even have some that went to the Theology School(s) without paying a dime and the school will still have to pay them a particular amount as stipends during their stay on campus, meanwhile, all these church Father's are now the ones in high positions today saying if you must be recommended to go to seminary, you must have a particular amount in your bank account. So sad* 😢
To have a particular amount in your bank account is actually not my problem but the major problem is likened to the case of a country whereby a graduate will spend above one million on campus and after graduating they will be earning (2.559%) of what they spent in school as monthly salary, while some will even say they dont recongnize their certificate after signing for them to learn more on theology.😲 so disheartening._🤦🏻♂
I remember during the time of a past Leader who served His people and the church with the fear of the Lord, I heard it was near his retirement before they could build an apartment for him,(What a Selfless service)🤔 but now reverse has been the case, if you don't give them, they will request for it and if you ignore, you are joking with your (promotion)🤔 and their action has led many into frustration which later made some be contemplating if God truely God called them or not. Confused Generation 🤷🏻♂
How can someone be acquiring wealth that even the children and grandchildren children will later say "this is an old school" and forgetting the outcome of the rich old fool in the Bible who was delighted in gathering riches for himself, (That's only if covetousness can let them have time to study the Bible),
Imagine being thought on how you can generate funds to the purse throughout the year without teaching you the ways you can win souls for Christ, No wonder the number kept reducing everyday and they will be saying people are not ready to serve God like before. What a conclusion
I even heard from a distance friend that there was one that will always say something sweet and beautiful about your progress whenever you help him do something that made him happy, but after the scene only God can determine what will happen next.
We will be accusing the politians of mismanaging our government fund forgetting our own sugarmouthed looters looting with pen, hanging under the canopy of (1cor 9v13) that if you work in the altar you must eat in the altar, whereas they were greedily eating the temple on daily basis.
Meanwhile I am not condemning anybody and I'm not judging anyone according to (Matth 7v1ff).
Rev 22v11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
Rev 22v12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
I just felt like things were not suppose to be like the way it is. Let us rise and change those things that can be changed. God bless you
